Ah, "Gucci", The name conjures up images of classic horsebit-patterned handbags and pure luxury. The packaging of the Gucci makeup line is luxurious onto itself, with its monogram-print on the gold tube and logo permanently etched into the top of the black cap. The feeling of absolute luxury does end there.
"Nude Satin" is not a beige-nude as the name may imply; it is a medium-toned pink that leans closer to mauve and looks like a nice lilac on my NC30 Asian skin. It does moisturize the lips very well without needing chapstick; this is a plus for me. At the same time, it does not have a "Blue Chocolate" scent as described. It is a flowery-scent that reminds me of little girls' perfume, and reminds me of when I wore Tinkerbell cologne as a child. The scent is strong and does not immediately fade away. I guess I expected more of a sweet scent along the lines of Tom Ford and even MAC, for their sweet tastes are bearable and even likable. The scent in this case is amazing cheap-smelling for something with such a major brand name.
