  • Do I have to create an account to make a purchase? No, you can place an order as a guest if you prefer not to create an account. We do recommend you to sign in to take part of any upcoming offers and to make future purchases more convenient.
  • How do I save products as favorite? To add a product as a favorite click on 'Add to Wishlist' All your favorites can be found by clicking on the Wishlist in the upper right corner of the website.
  • How do I know my order was registered? As soon as your order is registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information regarding your order.
  • How do I know my order was shipped? You will receive an e-mail notification once your order are dispatched. If you have not received any confirmation of your order placement, kindly contact us via email or phone.
  • Can I change my order? Unfortunately, once the order has been processed you can not do any changes to your existing order.

  • What payment methods can I use? You can choose to pay your order by credit card, debit card or even Cash on Delivery. You will be required to select your preferred payment option once you checkout.
  • Please note, payments can not be refunded once the order is processed or dispatched. All sales are strictly non refundable unless if you received your product damaged.



  • When will my package be delivered? Please expect 2-5 day delivery for both COD & Bank Wire clients. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
  • How is my order delivered? Your order is delivered by by one of our courier partners including M&P, Trax, Leopards and TCS.
  • How much is shipping? The shipping cost varies on your total purchase amount. Once you place your order and are ready for check-out you can view the shipping cost before the order is final. For larger orders above PKR 3000/- we offer free shipping. Whereas for orders under PKR 3000/- our shipping charges usually vary between 200/- to 300/- PKR nationwide.
  • Where do you deliver? As of now, our products are only available for purchase throughout Pakistan. For International Orders, kindly contact us.
