Once or twice a week, apply this scrub to the entire body after moistening. Massage in circular movements, insisting on the roughest areas (elbows, knees, heels, etc.), then rinse. Ideally, use this exfoliating treatment before applying your body cream or oil to allow better penetration of the active ingredients.
