- All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
- In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.
- If stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.
- For orders over PKR 15,000/- we require a 50% deposit up front via bank transfer in order to confirm the order. The remainder of the balance can be paid as COD. You can also pay the full amount via Bank deposit.
