Brand Ambassador Contract

I. INTRODUCTION - The agreement of this terms of conditions is equivalent to an agreement between the Brand Ambassador and the Advertiser to the terms of this contract. It represents an understanding of expectations and liabilities.

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT - The Advertiser and the Brand Ambassador acknowledge the terms of this Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS - This contract will begin from the time the time these terms and conditions are agreed to and will be in place and is enforced till both parties decide to terminate the contract. It does not obligate High Street as the advertiser to keep providing products for demonstrations, that is decided as per the Advertiser’s PR team after evaluating the results of previous demonstrations.

IV. COMPENSATION - Compensation is offered in the form of products sent to be demo'd which will be chosen by our inventory team. Additionally, We offer a 5% commission on any revenue generated from the Brand Ambassador as per tracked sales through the dashboard which can be viewed by both the Advertiser and Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will be paid after the package is fulfilled, paid and on a 15-day delay to account for the order to be archived.


A. The Brand Ambassador should create original content that is aesthetic, factual, mentions relevant deals, custom discount codes and your custom swipe up link on Instagram.

B. The Brand Ambassador is required to post 2 separate video demonstrations for each of the products to be posted on their Instagram story with our brand tagged and with your custom discount link as the swipe up link.

C. The first is a through unboxing video of each of the products with each being opened and shown in a pleasant aesthetic whilst their use and brand are showcased and explained. We expect individual videos for the unboxing of each of the products to ensure they are each throughly showcased.

D. The Second demonstration video is a usage demonstrative video of the Brand Ambassador applying each of the products and showcasing their use, individual product demonstrative videos are required.

E. Both of these product demo videos are to posted within 3 days of the package being received by the contract

F. We require a minimum of these to be posted to the Brand Ambassador’s IG Story; However as we monitor tracking and conversions, we encourage our Brand Ambassadors to rather upload this content as a IG post if they choose to as it gives better engagement and conversions which help make them a stronger contender to be keep receiving products to demo as part of our Brand Ambassador program.

G. Brand Ambassadors after receiving their second promotion packages will be expected to post tasteful curated content videos provided from the Advertiser with their custom swipe up link whilst also tagging the brand. The Brand Ambassador will also be receiving 5% commission from revenue generated through their codes from these Instagram Stories. The frequency of these videos would be bi-weekly.

H. Brand Ambassadors after receiving their second promotional package will also be expected to create a specific make up highlight with the brand name added to their IG Highlights and to keep add the content they post or story for the brand in that highlights tab.

I. An approval from the advertiser is required before uploading the content.

J. The approved created content will be shared by the Brand Ambassador to their social media handles

K. The advertiser can request to the Brand Ambassador to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.

L. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.

M. The content should not contain any vulgar language and should be suited for everyone.

VI. COPYRIGHT - The brand will own the copyright of the uploaded media. However, both parties are allowed to share it with their own respective channels.

VII. LIABILITY - As a Brand Ambassador, you are a representative of our brand; your words and representation of our brand can affect our bottom line, we expect an understanding between you as our influencer partner and us as a brand to avoid any misleading statements or misinformation which could cause undue financial loss to the brand, This can be viewed as defamation, the brand ambassador can be held liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY - This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.

IX. AMENDMENT - This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties

(Advertiser and Brand Ambassador).

X. GOVERNING LAW - This contract is legally binding for both parties, either party not fulfilling their obligations according to the terms of this contract can be held liable for their actions
