Targets - Dirt, Impurities, Oils, Makeup Removal Format - Balm-like Regimen Step - Before Creams/Oils/Serums Conflicts - None Time of Use - AM, and PM The general rule of thumb for order of application is: 1. Water-based serums 2. Anhydrous Solutions and Oil Formulations 3. Creams & suspensions Important: If you have more than one water-based serum, you can apply based on the priority of your concern (the product that targets the most important concern should go first), And it’s recommended applying eye-serums (such as Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG) first after cleansing.
