Applying eyeshadow with your fingers is incredibly easy.
The heat from your skin helps blend the product and you won’t have to mess with any brushes.
Tip: Shimmery and metallic shades are best for applying with your fingers, as you’ll be able to pick up more pigment than with matte shades.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Start with clean hands. Apply eye primer all over your eyelids with your fingertips. Gently tap to blend.
Step 2: With your index finger, apply a base shadow in a skin tone shade all over your entire eyelid, from your lash line to your brow bone.
Step 3: Using your middle finger, apply a transition shade in your crease.
Step 4: Next, apply a matte or shimmery “main” shade on your mobile lid with your ring finger.
Step 5: Take the transition shade from step 3 and apply it to your lower lash line with your middle finger.
Step 6: With your pinky finger, apply a highlight shade to the inner corner of your eye and to your brow bone.
Final Step: Add mascara to finish the look!
